What if the desolate places were stepping stones
Toward His intended path.
What if the rugged terrain was meant to propel us
Into a deeper dependence on Him.
When the trials take hold of the trails and seem 
Like boulders and falling rock,
I do the only thing I know to do
That is to surrender it all to Him. 
When endurance seems to be tapering off, 
The grief catching up, 
Despair trying to blur vision,
Here His power unfolds-
Faith in Him sustains and prevails. 

My prayer is that this mug would remind you that in the midst of it all– seek Him. May we incline our hearts to look for Him. He is with you. Exalt His name. Remember His goodness.

The Bible is God’s voice to us.  Prayer is our voice lifted to Him. God invites us to partake in an intimate relationship with Him—knowing Him, talking to Him, and receiving from Him. I don’t know about you, but consuming God alone sustains me far more than anything else ever could.  In this consumption, we gain a living awareness of Him. ⁣

In the waiting, He sustains until the end. ⁣

In the weariness, He is our place of rest.

In the fire, He is refining and drawing us closer.

In the unknown, He is faithful and unchanging.

I created these cards for you to both consume His Word, and lift your voice back to Him.  I want to see you relentlessly pursuing that intimate relationship that sustains us in the trek.

These verses are God’s “conversation starters” to you, what will you say back?  How will you pray them over the journey ahead?  What friends will you intercede on behalf of?  What burdens will you lift to the One who cares for you?

I compiled these Scripture cards with the whole trek in mind.  You’ll find specific prayer cards for when you need persistence, perspective, to refuel, to refocus, or to draw near.
